Job Description:
· Provide overall leadership and direction across multiple business units
· Ensure alignment of operations with organizational goals and values
· Lead division managers to achieve operational, financial, and client service targets
· Promote cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency and results
· Oversee budgets, forecasting, and financial performance across divisions
· Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance culture
· Ensure compliance with corporate policies, contracts, and regulations
· Chair meetings and ensure organizational alignment and accountability
· Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
· Ensure cost control measures and profitability targets are achieved
· Develop and execute long-term growth strategies and expansion initiatives
· Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, clients, and stakeholders
Job Requirements:
· 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-division or multi-site operations
· Strong background in industrial, construction, logistics, or service-based sectors
· Experience working with or alongside Indigenous communities, partnerships, or businesses
· Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, remote, or resource-based environments
· Excellent relationship management skills with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
· Strong financial and operational acumen
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay: $140,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
