About the Job
Reporting to the Professional Practice Leader, and under the direction of a Radiologist, performs special procedures such as computer tomography (CT), and/or interventional, as designated. Assists the Radiologists during procedure, inputs patient specifi c data into the Radiology Information System (RIS) PACS and provides direction regarding procedures to student technologists and staff trainees.
This is a Permanent Part Time (0.82) opportunity.
Shifts of work will be scheduled rotating days and evenings.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited medical radiography program plus successful completion of a recognized program such as Computer Tomography relevant to the designated specialty area.
- Two (2) years recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Current certification with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT) ( or in the process to get accredited )
Pay: $41.89-$52.29 per hour
