We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales/Contract Manager to join our team. This role is essential in developing and maintaining strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving business growth across various sectors. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets within assigned markets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including lead generation, qualification, and follow-up.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that align with company policies while maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and analyze market trends.
- Conduct technical sales presentations and demonstrations to clients, showcasing product features and benefits.
- Lead business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and effectively resolving issues.

Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong background in technology or technical sales preferred.
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, account management, and business development roles.

- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals effectively.
