What You Will Do? This is a hands-on position that is mainly outside that can include
- Existing window removal – siding cut, glass removal, collapse the frame
- Window/door installation
- Framing and decay repair
- Waterproofing including flashing and peel and stick details.
- Cutting and Installing interior and exterior trim
- Foaming and caulking
- Loading and unloading, jobsite cleaning
Qualifications:
- Construction knowledge and carpentry experience
- Comfortable working on ladders, planks, and scaffolding
- Familiar with using power tools, including circular saws, mitre saws, impact drivers, and table saws
- Ability to accurately read a imperial tape measure
- Skilled in applying clean, professional caulking
- Capable of safely lifting up to 50 lbs
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and excellent customer service skills
- Must have a valid driver's license and a personal vehicle
Compensation: Hourly rate + Bonus + Gas Allowance +Benefits
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
