We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning of commercial and facility spaces, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and custodial equipment to complete cleaning tasks efficiently.
- Conduct facilities maintenance as needed, addressing minor repairs or reporting larger issues to management.
- Use appropriate cleaning agents and techniques to ensure high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning schedules within designated hours.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and ensure proper storage of equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client requests or concerns related to cleanliness.
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities, including heavy lifting and use of power tools when necessary.
Requirements
- Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred, with knowledge of facilities maintenance.
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform heavy lifting safely.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety standards.
- Physical stamina for prolonged periods of standing, bending, and lifting during cleaning tasks.
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
