We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in designated areas.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools as necessary for maintenance and cleaning tasks.
- Conduct commercial cleaning duties in various settings such as offices, schools, or healthcare facilities.
- Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning assignments within scheduled shifts.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Handle heavy lifting of equipment or materials when required during cleaning operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any cleaning needs or concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests and maintaining a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
