Duties:
- Prep vehicles for paint correction and ceramic coating installation by following a thorough wash and chemical/mechanical decontamination process.
- Complete jobs as assigned by the Production Manager ensuring all line items on the work order are accomplished in a timely and professional manner. Manage job timelines and communicate with the team on project status.
- Complete single and multi step paint corrections determined by the work order as part of the ceramic coating prep process.
- Apply professional grade ceramic coatings (XPEL) on various surfaces; Paint, PPF, Glass, Wheels & Interiors.
- Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
- Maintain a clean work area.
- Perform job related duties as required.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid G2 or Full G drivers license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to communicate in English clearly and effectively.
- Ability to safely and comfortably drive vehicles. Practices safety, ownership & respect when working on or around all customers vehicle’s.
- Minimum of one year paint polishing experience. Must have a strong knowledge of paint correction techniques and tools ( DA polishers, compounds and polishes).
- Excellent attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
