Overview
We are seeking motivated and dependable Flooring Installer Helpers to join our busy installation crew. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in flooring installation. As a Flooring Installer Helper, you will assist skilled installers in preparing work sites, handling materials, and executing various tasks essential to successful flooring projects.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of job sites, including measuring and setting up work areas
- Handle and organize flooring materials, tools, and equipment
- Support the installation of various flooring types
- Use hand tools for cutting, shaping, and fitting flooring materials
- Assist with surface preparation tasks like leveling and cleaning subfloors
- Perform basic carpentry tasks including caulking and minor repairs as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
Requirements
- Experience with hand tools, construction, or handyman work is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Strong work ethic with dependable attendance and punctuality
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods during shifts
- Willingness to follow instructions carefully and work as part of a team

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
