As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact between our customers and the service department. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing accurate service recommendations, clear communication, and timely follow-up.
Greet customers promptly and professionally
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs
Prepare service estimates and explain recommended repairs and maintenance
Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
Process repair orders and ensure accurate billing
Promote maintenance services and dealership programs
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and CSI scores
Previous experience as a Service Advisor (automotive dealership experience preferred)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Knowledge of automotive service processes and terminology
Strong organizational and computer skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
