We're looking for someone to become a key member of our Red Deer shop team. You'll be building fittings, preparing equipment for field projects, receiving materials, organizing inventory, and helping create whatever crazy invention or custom tooling our team dreams up next.
This is not a desk job.
You'll spend your days welding, cutting, grinding, fabricating, assembling, and making sure everything that leaves our shop is ready to perform in the field. We take a lot of pride in our work, and we're looking for someone who feels the same way.
What You'll Need

- A willingness to work late or on weekends (we wish this happened less often too)
- The ability to work independently without needing someone standing over your shoulder
What You'll Be Doing
- Building and fabricating fittings
- Welding, cutting, grinding, and assembly work
- Receiving and organizing materials
- Preparing equipment and materials for field crews
- Keeping the shop organized and efficient
- Helping build custom tools and equipment for unique projects
