Our client:
A growing organization within a highly regulated industry based in Toronto, Ontario.
Principal tasks and responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain automated marketing campaigns and customer journeys.
- Create and deploy email campaigns while supporting personalization and dynamic content initiatives.
- Manage audience segmentation, campaign data, and marketing automation processes.
- Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend ongoing improvements.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support campaign delivery and broader marketing objectives.
Qualifications and pre-requisites:
- Strong experience working with enterprise marketing automation platforms.
- Hands-on experience building automated campaigns, customer journeys, and audience segments.
- Experience working with SQL, campaign data, and reporting tools.
- Ability to code and edit responsive email templates using HTML and CSS.
- Experience supporting email deliverability, compliance, and campaign optimization initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or email marketing environments.
