This job will be casual/part-time and may involve working until the banquet closing duties are done, which could be as late as 4am. Applicants need to be 18+ years and will need to either have or get Pro-Serve certification.
You must be physically able to be on your feet for longer nights, be self-motivated as well as able to take direction, must be available on weekends, and be able to work as a team.
You may be setting up, serving or taking down banquets on any given shift (days or evenings), and you may be trained to bartend as well.
You will assist the Banquet Manager with booking events and call backs. Must be proactive with attention to detail.
You will not be required to work every weekend, or both days of the weekends necessarily as this position will be dependant on functions booked.
