Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and personable Medical Aesthetician to join our skincare and Dry-eye clinic team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest services, perform advanced skincare treatments, and promote our product lines as well as focus on Dry Eye Management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise with customer service in a welcoming environment focused on enhancing clients' natural beauty and confidence. The Medical Aesthetician will be responsible for providing personalized consultations, performing skin treatments, and supporting retail sales to ensure an outstanding client experience.
Duties
- Perform various Dry Eye management modalities including utilizing IPL, and Radiofrequency.
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application with attention to safety and sanitation standards
- Provide personalized skin consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products based on individual client needs
- Assist guests at the front desk with check-in, scheduling appointments, and guest services to ensure a seamless experience
- Promote retail sales through product demos and upselling techniques, enhancing client satisfaction and business growth
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas following industry standards
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and post-treatment care to foster ongoing client relationships
- Support the team with front desk duties as needed, including answering questions about services and products
Experience
- Prior experience as a Medical Aesthetician or in a similar skincare or beauty role is preferred. Dry Eye management knowledge also preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety procedures in a clinical or spa setting
- Experience with retail sales, upselling, and product demonstrations to enhance client engagement
- Skills in body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, hair styling, or hospitality are considered advantageous
- Excellent communication skills combined with a friendly demeanor to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
