Kenora Chevrolet Buick GMC Corvette is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Vehicle Customization & Accessories Specialist.
This is a sales-focused role for someone who enjoys vehicles, likes working with people, and gets excited about helping customers personalize a vehicle they are proud to drive.
From wheels, tires, running boards, tonneau covers, floor liners, protection packages, lighting, lift kits, leveling kits, approved performance upgrades, appearance upgrades, and other accessories, this position is all about helping customers build a vehicle that fits their lifestyle.
This position offers a salary plus bonus pay structure, giving the right person the opportunity to grow their income while building strong relationships with customers.
No previous dealership accessories experience is required. Full training is provided.
About the Role
As our Vehicle Customization & Accessories Specialist, you will work directly with customers before, during, and after the vehicle purchase process to help them choose the right accessories, upgrades, and customization options.
You will work closely with our Sales, Parts, and Service departments to quote accessories, schedule installations, follow up with customers, and make sure every job is completed properly.
We can teach the products and process. What we need is the right attitude, strong communication skills, and the motivation to build this role into something great.
What You Will Do
- Help customers choose accessories, upgrades, and customization options that fit their vehicle, budget, and lifestyle
- Recommend options such as wheels, tires, lift kits, leveling kits, running boards, tonneau covers, protection products, lighting, approved performance upgrades, and appearance accessories
- Follow up with new and pre-owned vehicle customers to review accessory opportunities
- Work with the Sales team to identify accessory options during the vehicle purchase process
- Prepare quotes and review options with customers
- Coordinate with Parts and Service to schedule and complete installations
- Track opportunities, follow up on quotes, and help grow the accessories department
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is positive, reliable, organized, and comfortable talking with customers.
An interest in vehicles, trucks, accessories, performance upgrades, and customization is a strong asset. Previous sales, customer service, parts, service, or dealership experience is also an asset, but not required.
The right person will be motivated, coachable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are what matter most.

What You Need
- A valid G or G2 class driver’s license is required
- Previous sales, customer service, parts, service, or dealership experience is an asset, but not required
- You must be legally authorized to work in Canada at the time of application, including Canadian citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid work permit
