We are seeking a Senior Carpenter to join our growing organization. This is a self led Site Lead role focused on deck construction, framing, and rot repair. The ideal candidate has strong structural knowledge and enjoys supporting and directing helpers and carpenters while working as part of a collaborative crew.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform deck demolition, structural framing, and deck construction
- Diagnose, remove, and repair rot and water-damaged framing
- Dismantling and reinstalling railings, finishing work on siding, trim etc
- You will work on vinyl, liquid applied membrane, composite and wood decks
- Assist with material takeoffs and sourcing required supplies
- Provide job direction to helpers and non-lead carpenters on site
- Reporting all job site hours and materials used in out of scope (Extras) work
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience as a Carpenter, 5+ as a Site Lead
- Extensive knowledge of framing and structural repairs
- Proven experience with rot repair and water-damage remediation
- You have your own truck and tools (we supply blades and bits)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $32.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
