General Maintenance Worker – Window Cleaning & Exterior Maintenance
O&A Home Maintenance is looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team as a General Maintenance Worker. The position primarily involves residential exterior maintenance, including window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and other property maintenance services.
Responsibilities
- Perform interior and exterior window cleaning on residential properties.
- Remove leaves, dirt, and other debris from gutters and downspouts.
- Use ladders safely to access windows, gutters, and other exterior areas.
- Perform general exterior maintenance and cleaning work as required.
- Assist with services such as pressure washing, gutter maintenance, painting, and other property maintenance projects.
- Set up, operate, and properly store tools and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers and other team members.
- Follow company procedures and all applicable safety requirements.
- Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
Requirements
- Comfortable working outdoors and performing physically demanding work.
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous experience in window cleaning, gutter cleaning, construction, landscaping, or property maintenance is an asset but not required.
- Valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation are considered assets.
Position
This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and working at different residential properties. Training can be provided for the right candidate.
Pay: $18.15-$25.00 per hour
