Shine Property Services is hiring a full-time Sales Representative (Lead Runner / Closer) to respond to inbound homeowner inquiries, run estimates (by phone and in person), and help customers schedule exterior cleaning services.
This role is best suited for someone comfortable speaking with homeowners, following up on quotes, and working in a performance-based compensation structure.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and messages from homeowners
- Qualify customer needs and schedule estimates
- Provide estimates by phone and in person
- Explain service options clearly and professionally
- Collect deposits and book approved work
- Follow up on outstanding quotes
- Maintain accurate notes in the company CRM
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred (home services or commission-based roles are an asset)
- Comfortable working toward sales targets
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Reliable personal vehicle and ability to travel locally
- Professional appearance and punctuality
- Ability to work some evenings and Saturdays during busy periods
Compensation
- Base pay plus commission
- Total compensation varies based on performance
- Additional performance bonuses available
