Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to accommodate our well-established practice in Oak Bay. We are replacing an associate who is leaving on July 17th and the production available is 1.2mm. On top of that, we are rebranding the practice and starting its first marketing program in 15 years. We expect this position to expand well past 1.2mm if the associate wishes. While there is a considerable amount of production available we are open to one or two associates to take it so don‘t be overwhelmed by the available amount. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering top-quality care, possess excellent clinical skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This opening is perfect for a dentist looking to contribute to an established and growing practice. Currently 5,000 patients at the practice.
