Active in your market, you are primarily responsible for developing business with clients outside the Bank by building strong partnerships with key players in the real estate industry and internal teams. Together, you deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to clients’ needs.

Identify clients’ needs and recommend the most appropriate mortgage strategies.

Provide a comprehensive client experience by connecting clients with the right specialists based on their needs (insurance, banking services, investments, etc.).

Build and maintain lasting relationships with real estate brokers and/or home builders.

Design and implement business development strategies (digital and in-person) to increase your presence in your market.

Actively participate in business development activities and networking events.

Apply established processes rigorously and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

An uncapped commission structure directly tied to your performance and the sale of complementary financial products and services.
