Kyntra Physio & Rehab is a modern, movement-focused rehabilitation clinic in Scarborough, Ontario, dedicated to helping people recover from injury, reduce pain, and move with confidence. Join our team
Reporting to the Clinic Director, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional physiotherapy care to patients across a diverse range of conditions and rehabilitation needs.
What you can expect in this role
- Perform thorough physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on treatment and active rehabilitation tailored to each patient's goals and functional needs.
- Educate patients on recovery, movement mechanics, and injury prevention strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with College standards.
- Collaborate with chiropractors, massage therapists and other practitioners to deliver coordinated, multidisciplinary care.
- Build and grow your patient caseload through strong clinical outcomes and exceptional patient experience.
- Contribute to a positive clinic culture grounded in professionalism, respect, and continuous improvement.
What you need to qualify
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients of varying backgrounds and needs.
- Interest in orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
- Motivated, professional, and team-oriented with a commitment to evidence-based practice.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience with sports rehabilitation or strength and conditioning is an asset.
- Manual therapy training or acupuncture certification is considered a nice to have.
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary clinic setting is an asset.
- Interest in movement-based rehabilitation and exercise prescription is considered a nice to have.
