STORE MANAGER – YOGURT & BEVERAGE STORE
Location: Markham (Hwy 7 & Leslie)
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and ensure exceptional customer service and product quality.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations
- Lead, train, and support team members
- Ensure high standards of customer service, product quality, cleanliness, and food safety
- Schedule staff and maintain efficient store operations
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally
- Support sales growth and continuous operational improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience in food service, beverage, café, bubble tea, or restaurant operations
- Must have a valid driver's licence and access to a personal vehicle
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin
Pay
- Salary $48,000-$56,000; Houly Rate $20-23/hr
- Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
