If you have 2-3+ years of automotive sales experience, consistently perform at a high level, and are looking for a management opportunity with unlimited growth potential, this position is for you.

What You'll Do
- Lead and motivate a team of automotive sales consultants
- Recruit, train, and develop new sales professionals
- Manage daily sales activities and customer interactions
- Assist team members with deal structure and closing sales
- Monitor team performance and help achieve dealership sales targets
- Create a positive, high-performance sales culture
- Work closely with management and finance departments
- Continue to sell vehicles and maintain personal sales production
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2-3 years of automotive sales experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Leadership qualities and desire to manage a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to coach, train, and motivate others
- Self-driven, professional, and goal-oriented
- Valid driver's license
