Ultra Mechanical Ltd. is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in keeping our daily operations running smoothly, managing communications, and supporting our team's administrative needs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations, including handling inquiries, managing correspondence, and organizing files.
Provide excellent administrative support to management and technical team members.
Assist with data entry, scheduling, and documentation as required.
Support basic financial or accounting tasks where needed to streamline office workflows.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 6 months of Canadian experience in office administration is strictly required.
Education: Graduation / University degree or equivalent is required.
Experience Asset: Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping is highly considered a strong asset.
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., MS Office, email management).
