- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (11 kg).

- Fluent in English; additional languages (Chinese or Japanese) are an asset.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area.
- Assist guests with menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Complete opening, closing, and side duties as assigned.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant policies.
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service.
