As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and highly organized General Manager Assistant to support management with daily operations, customer communication, and sales coordination.

Responsibilities
Administrative & Operational Support
* Assist the General Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks
* Prepare quotations, invoices, contracts, and related documents
* Follow up on customers, orders, and project-related matters
* Coordinate internal communication and daily scheduling
* Maintain and organize company records and data systems
Customer Service & Sales Support
* Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally
* Support product introductions, customer inquiries, and sales follow-ups
* Maintain a positive showroom and customer experience
* Assist with customer database management and follow-up communication
Inventory & Data Management
* Maintain inventory records and product data updates
* Monitor stock movement and inventory tracking
* Assist in organizing and improving operational workflows

Requirements
Qualifications
* Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* Detail-oriented, responsible, and highly organized
* Able to work independently and follow through on tasks
* Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and standard office software
* Comfortable working in a small team and fast-paced environment
* Professional customer service attitude and work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in administration, operations coordination, or customer service
* Experience in retail, furniture, interior design, or construction industries
* Showroom or sales-related experience is an asset
* Startup or small business experience preferred
