We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare treatments; massage, pedicure ,manicure and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services that enhance the overall experience of our clients while promoting skincare products and services.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, manicure, Pedicure, massage and other esthetic services.
- Conduct thorough skin analysis to recommend appropriate treatments and products tailored to individual client needs.
- Educate clients on proper skincare routines and product usage to enhance their results.
- Provide excellent guest services by ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for all clients.
- Assist with product demonstrations and upsell retail products during appointments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and front desk areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience throughout the facility.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge to provide the best service possible.
Skills
- Proficient in various skincare treatments.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Experience in retail sales, including upselling products during client interactions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective guest interaction.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk roles is beneficial for enhancing client experiences.
Certificate- necessary licenses where applicable

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour

Experience:
- Aesthetic treatments: 3 years (required)
- Customer service: 3 years (required)
- Dermalogica products: 1 year (preferred)
