The Weston Golf and Country Club is now seeking dedicated, passionate, and experienced line cooks, prep cooks, banquet cooks and porters to join our amazing culinary team. COOKS QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum 1 year line, prep, or banquet cooking (private club experience an asset)
· Have a passion for cooking and creating memorable culinary experiences
· Must be organized and excel at time management
· A willingness to advance your career and learn all aspects of a professional kitchen
· A desire to excel at keeping high standards of food preparation and food handling
· Able to work Mornings, evenings, week ends and holidays
· Able to effectively read and execute recipes and plate specifications
· Ability to work in a high paced, busy environment.
· Food handlers’ certificate or equivalent required
