Looking for your next career move? We have an exciting opportunity as a Distribution Center Supervisor at our Calgary facility! You’ll oversee the receiving, inventory, and shipping teams, ensuring smooth operations and top-tier quality.
Reporting directly to our Distribution Center Director, you’ll play a key role in achieving performance goals and maintaining accurate inventory.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (No weekends!)
What you will accomplish with us:
- Oversee daily operations at the Calgary distribution center in Rocky View County, ensuring smooth workflow and high operational performance.
- Lead, coach, and evaluate team members to support growth, excellence, and strong team engagement, while managing performance and disciplinary matters when needed.

- Ensure accurate and efficient order preparation, coordinating closely with all warehouse activities and continuously improving resource allocation to boost productivity.
- Optimize and validate work schedules, enforce company policies and procedures, and maintain strong communication through regular team meetings.
- Uphold the highest standards of workplace health and safety, while recommending and implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding efforts to build a strong, high‑performing team at the Calgary facility.Oversee daily operations at the Calgary distribution center in Rocky View County, ensuring smooth workflow and high operational performance.
What You Bring to Our Team:
- Proven leadership background with 5–10 years managing and developing teams across diverse operational roles.
- Extensive distribution operations experience with 5–10 years in high‑volume or fast‑paced logistics environments.
- Technical proficiency with ERP and WMS systems; experience with Infor is an asset.
- Results‑driven mindset focused on operational performance and customer satisfaction.
- Team collaboration with the ability to rally, mobilize, and engage others.
- Organizational and analytical strength including planning and cost‑control capabilities.
- Adaptability in fast‑changing environments.
- Educational background in Operations Management (GOP) or equivalent experience

Compensation Information:
Base Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 annually
Additional Compensation: Annual bonus
The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s skills and experience, in accordance with applicable legislation.
