Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall well-being. This role involves working closely with patients across various age groups and medical conditions, ensuring high-quality patient care in a supportive environment. Prior experience in hospital settings, acute care, or pediatrics is highly valued.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine physical therapy needs
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient evaluations
- Assist patients with exercises and therapeutic activities to promote recovery
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and health maintenance strategies
- Document patient interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure cohesive patient care
- Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment in compliance with health regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid licensure or certification as a Physiotherapist in the respective region
- Prior hospital experience preferred, especially in acute care or pediatrics settings
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and patient care protocols
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and motivate patients of all ages
- Compassionate approach with a focus on patient-centered care
- Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment
