Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inside Sales Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting various administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have strong office experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and familiarity with data entry and clerical tasks. Duties
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Weekly Installation scheduling
- Follow up on leads and past sales consults- commission based
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Handle customer support inquiries via phone, email, or in person, ensuring excellent phone etiquette and customer service standards
- Assist with appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordination of office activities
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
- Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically
Requirements
- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Must be fluent in English- written and spoken
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software is preferred

- Strong customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently and courteously
- Familiarity with front desk operations, filing systems, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good proofreading skills to ensure error-free documents
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40,950.00-$44,850.00 per year
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
