The Role:
NorthCo is hiring a Junior Project Manager (Exterior Field Manager) to help lead our exterior renovation crews in the field. This is a full-time role for someone who knows siding inside and out, leads with confidence, and takes pride in running a tight, safe, well-organized jobsite.
You'd be the person setting the tone on-site - keeping crews moving, quality high, and clients informed. We're looking for a strong leader who can balance speed, standards, and team morale, and who genuinely cares about the work and the people doing it.

What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations on exterior renovation projects
- Leading crews on-site and ensuring work is completed efficiently and safely
- Monitoring quality control and ensuring projects meet NorthCo standards
- Supporting and coaching team members in the field
- Communicating with Project Managers, homeowners, and crews throughout projects
- Problem-solving on-site challenges and helping keep timelines on track
- Ensuring proper health and safety practices are consistently followed
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of siding experience
- 2+ years of leadership or management experience
- Strong understanding of exterior renovations and carpentry
- Strong health and safety awareness
- Ability to lead teams while maintaining accountability and morale
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Respectful of clients' homes and easy to work with
Nice to Have:
- Previous Crew Chief or Foreman experience
- Carpentry and framing background
- Competitive sports background or experience working in high-performance team environments
