The Data Management team within the Operations Systems department is looking for a Senior EMS Modelling Engineer or Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Manager, Operations Systems Data Management, you will be an integral part of supporting the real-time operations of the Alberta Electrical Grid through management of the real-time database model, and display components of the Energy Management System (EMS).

Accountabilities include but are not limited to:
Experience with scripting, troubleshooting, and optimizing in Perl, PowerShell, or other language.
Electric utility experience and/or familiarity with the operation of the AESO; direct experience with GE AEMS products, including GridOS, Habitat and Source, is considered an asset.
