Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across various commercial and residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, experience with plumbing, welding, boiler systems, and appliance repair. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects requiring construction expertise and the ability to interpret schematics. The HVAC Technician will ensure all systems operate efficiently and safely, providing essential comfort solutions for clients.
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations
- Perform maintenance on heating, cooling, ventilation, boiler, and appliance systems to ensure optimal operation
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals for system installation and repairs
- Conduct plumbing and welding tasks as needed during system installation or repairs
- Diagnose mechanical issues using specialized tools and mechanical knowledge
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation of work performed
- Assist in construction or renovation projects involving HVAC components
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all maintenance activities
- Respond promptly to emergency repair requests to minimize downtime
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or Mechanic with a solid understanding of HVAC systems
- Knowledge of plumbing, welding, boiler operation, appliance repair, and general mechanical systems
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in maintenance or construction environments
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations related to HVAC work
- Construction or mechanic experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various settings
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for travel between job sites

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
