Key Responsibilities
- Manage loan processing and credit analysis to secure the best financing options for customers.
- Develop financial strategies that enhance dealership profitability.
- Analyze various credit situations, overcome challenges, and deliver fully funded, compliant deals.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Sell extended warranties, insurances, and protection products to maximize deal profit.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Qualifications
- 1–2+ years of experience in automotive financing, financial services, or loan processing.
- Proven ability to structure and deliver clean, funded finance deals.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Excellent analytical and credit assessment abilities.
- Familiarity with automotive finance regulations and documentation standards.
- Proficiency in financial software and dealership management systems.
- Leadership qualities and strong organizational skills to ensure efficient deal flow.
