We are currently seeking two part-time Office Administrators to join our team.
The available shifts are:
- Monday: 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
- Tuesday: 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Wednesday: 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Sunday: 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Successful candidates will be scheduled for a combination of these shifts and should have the flexibility to cover additional shifts as needed.
A complimentary membership is included as part of the role.
What we’re looking for:
- Confident speaking with people, in person and on the phone
- Comfortable giving tours and signing up new members
- Outgoing, professional, and reliable
- Background in fitness or nutrition is an asset
- Being a certified personal trainer is NOT mandatory — it’s simply an asset
Responsibilities:
- Lots of cleaning — keeping the gym spotless every shift
- Front-desk and admin tasks
- Help with simple social media content (Instagram Reels)
Schedule:
The successful candidates will be scheduled to work a combination of the following shifts: Monday (4:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m.), Tuesday (11:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.), Wednesday (11:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.), Saturday (11:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.), and Sunday (11:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.), with flexibility to cover additional shifts as needed.
Please note that this schedule is based on current operational coverage requirements while a staff member is on maternity leave until January 2027. As such, shifts and scheduling may be adjusted over time in line with business needs.
