Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to join our team in Saskatchewan. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple locations across the province. Your role will involve managing operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record in project management and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage multiple locations all over the province (Saskatchewan).
- Previous commercial cleaning experience required.
- Training skills a must, for improving procedures by night/day cleaners will be a big part of the role.
- Experience stripping and waxing of VCT flooring an asset.
- Good attention to detail required.
- Applicant will be responsible for Quality Audits, site visitation, follow up on routine work/special jobs, integral interaction with client.
- Good communication skills required.
- Must have a valid FULL license, and good driving record.
- Passable computer literacy required.
- Must submit a Vulnerable Sector Check.
- Be available for flexible hours, potentially night or day shifts.

- Must have minimum of 2 years of experience in retail janitorial cleaning
