We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Developer to join our Corporate IT AI Team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python development, AWS AI services, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and AI orchestration frameworks. You will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions, build intelligent AI agents, and create scalable AI workflows leveraging modern cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI applications using Python.
- Build intelligent AI agents and agentic workflows for enterprise use cases.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using modern LLM architectures.
- Design and build AI data pipelines using SQL and AWS services.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) through Amazon Bedrock and other AWS AI services.
- Build and orchestrate AI workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, Strands, or similar frameworks.
- Develop serverless AI applications using AWS Lambda and other cloud-native services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions.
- Optimize AI models and workflows for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Follow best practices for software engineering, testing, documentation, and deployment.

- Strong hands-on experience with Python.

Data Engineering
- Strong SQL skills.

Hands-on experience with:

Generative AI & Agentic AI
- Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI.
- Experience building Agentic AI solutions.

AI Frameworks & Orchestration
Hands-on experience with one or more of:
- LangChain
- LangGraph
- Strands
- Other modern AI agent frameworks and orchestration tools
Good-to-Have Skills
- Machine Learning model development, training, and deployment.
- MLOps experience.
- Prompt Engineering.
- Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, ChromaDB, etc.).
- REST APIs and microservices architecture.
- CI/CD pipelines for AI applications.
- Docker and Kubernetes.
- Git and Agile development methodologies.
Required Experience
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise AI applications.
- Strong experience with AWS cloud ecosystem.
- Demonstrated expertise in building production-grade GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field.
- AWS certifications are a plus.
- Experience working with enterprise AI platforms.
Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour
