DIGITAL COMMERCE SPECIALIST Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate loves digging into data, spotting trends before others do, testing new ideas, and turning insights into action. They will be responsible for optimizing the performance of Stonz across our digital sales channels, with a primary focus on Shopify, Amazon, and marketplace partners. This role blends merchandising, analytics, conversion optimization, customer journey management, inventory coordination, and digital marketing support to drive profitable growth.
Primary Responsibilities
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Improve conversion across Shopify and Amazon through continuous optimization.
- Plan, execute, and measure A/B tests on product pages, collections, landing pages, and customer experiences.
- Recommend improvements based on customer data and performance metrics.
Digital Merchandising & Inventory Coordination
- Own product merchandising across Shopify and Amazon, optimizing collection sorting, product placement, and merchandising strategy.
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to maximize online merchandising opportunities.
- Work closely with Operations to ensure inventory is in the right location at the right time.
- Identify inventory risks before they impact sales.
Customer Journey & Email Marketing
- Improve customer engagement, repeat purchase rate, and retention.
- Review customer communications, notifications, and post-purchase experiences, identifying opportunities to reduce friction.
- Partner with the Brand & Marketing team to develop and execute the email marketing calendar.
- Build, test, and optimize campaigns and flows in Klaviyo.
- Support segmentation, automation, and customer lifecycle initiatives.
Reporting & Analytics
- Analyze sales funnels, customer behavior, traffic sources, and conversion performance.
- Report on key KPIs including conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, repeat purchase rate, inventory health, and SKU productivity.
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
Advertising Support
- Collaborate with Stonz’s digital marketing agency on Shopify advertising initiatives.
- Support Amazon advertising optimization and reporting.
- Coordinate promotional activities across dropship and marketplace partners.
- Monitor advertising performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in digital commerce or eCommerce.
- Experience managing Shopify and Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization and A/B testing methodologies.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Self-starter who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

- Google Analytics (GA4)

- Helium 10 or similar Amazon tools
- Klaviyo or similar email tools
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
