Responsibilities

- Answer incoming calls, manage phone etiquette, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring efficient use of time for both clients and staff.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and appointments using computerized office systems.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Provide support to dental or medical staff by preparing necessary documentation for patient visits.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment is essential.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are required.
- Experience in a dental or medical office setting is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in using computers and various software applications for administrative tasks.
