Overview
We are seeking a few dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for assisting in various construction tasks, ensuring that the projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members on-site. Start time for shift is 6:00AM (Monday to Friday).
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary tools and equipment.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials as needed.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete specific tasks on the job site.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred .
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on-site.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with others.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing environments.
- A valid driver's license and transportation are mandatory.
