Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, food items, and alcoholic drinks with attention to quality and presentation
- Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS, TOAST or similar platforms
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests professionally and courteously
- Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and manage cashiering duties with basic math skills
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all work areas, including proper food handling procedures
- Restock supplies as needed and ensure the bar, server stations, and dining areas are well-organized
- Assist in serving food and drinks efficiently during busy periods while managing multiple tables or orders
- Uphold food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health standards at all times
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service in a fast-paced environment
Experience
- Previous experience in restaurant service, food industry, or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS, TOAST or similar cashiering tools is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and handle diverse guest needs
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume periods and multitask effectively in a team setting
