Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and standards Perform daily prep work (cutting, marinating, portioning, etc.) Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Work efficiently under pressure during peak hours Assist with inventory, stocking, and kitchen setup/closing Communicate and cooperate with team members
Requirements Previous kitchen experience preferred (Japanese cuisine is an asset) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset Attention to detail and consistency Flexible availability (evenings, weekends) Must be legally eligible to work in Canada What We Offer Flexible scheduling Opportunity to work at different concepts within the group Career growth opportunities Staff meals
