The position available is Office Admin Assistant. This position focuses on supporting daily operations, dispatching technicians, and delivering a professional customer experience.
A duration of training will be provided upon hire to educate on the use of our systems and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system
- Respond to phone, email, and online service inquiries
- Schedule and dispatch technicians across the Lower Mainland
- Coordinate job details, updates, and changes throughout the day
- Communicate clearly with technicians and customers
- Process invoices and collect payments
- Maintain accurate records in company software
- Support general office organization and team coordination
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of customer service or administrative experience
- Experience with scheduling or dispatching (service industry preferred)
- Comfortable managing multiple calls and priorities at once
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Professional, friendly, reliable, and team-focused
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Outgoing and bubbly demeanour

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
