Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Part-Time Sales Individual to join our team. This position is ideally suited for a SEMI-RETIRED individual or someone with flexible availability looking to engage in a fulfilling role that allows for flexible hours while contributing to our sales efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our products, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in a friendly and professional manner.
Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to enhance customer interest.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales area to attract customers.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a positive checkout experience.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- A friendly demeanor and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for processing transactions and managing inventory.
- A flexible schedule that allows for part-time availability during peak business hours including weekends.
