Position Overview:
- Front of House Supervisors:
Lead by example to ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high service standards, and foster a positive team environment.
Bring creativity, precision, and flair to our bar program, delivering exceptional drinks and guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front of House Supervisors:
- Oversee floor operations during shifts, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Support and train team members to uphold service standards.
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, and operational tasks.
- Bartenders:
- Craft and serve creative, high-quality cocktails, wines, and beverages.
- Engage with guests, providing personalized recommendations and excellent service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar.
- Adhere to all safety and alcohol compliance regulations.
Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role at a high-volume or upscale dining establishment.
- A strong passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills for Supervisors.
- Advanced mixology skills and extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer for Bartenders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
