OctoAI (https://octoai.com) is a start up based in Vancouver that has developed the market’s leading condo document review tool, Eli Report (https://elireport.com). We are a condo intelligence company with a SaaS platform that leverages artificial intelligence to deliver powerful due diligence insights to realtors, homebuyers, property managers and notaries. We also provide intelligence to those that live in condo communities and companies that serve them, through custom AWS QuickSight dashboards.
This role bridges the gap between hands-on data technician tasks, such as file manipulation, system input, and database quality control, as well as higher-level technical operations, including business intelligence merging various datasets to deliver impactful insights for condo communities and those that serve them. As we are a small team you will be working directly with the VP Sales and CEO.
This position is remote and will be for 5 days a week, including some weekends, as a full-time position. We meet in-person in Vancouver every few weeks.
Your main functions will be:
- Data Analyst - Build and improve AWS Quicksight portals and dashboards for internal use and for business partners.
- Operations - Ad hoc report completion for users (PDF files, budget reconciliation).
- Data Entry - Verifying and completing database entry of certain fields and reconciliation of complex tables.
This is a full-time role with flexible remote work and hours. Bonus points if you’ve previously worked in real estate and are familiar with strata documents.
