Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital trends, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing campaigns.

Support SEO and SEM initiatives to improve website traffic and search engine rankings.

Advanced understanding of SEO, Google AdWords, Social Media Advertising, etc.

Manage and monitor the company’s social media channels (Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Create engaging content for blogs, emails, and social media.
-
Analyze and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.

Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.

Support email marketing campaigns and CRM management.

Assist in maintaining the company website (WordPress knowledge is a plus).

Collaborate with design and content teams to produce creative assets.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Understanding of AI in Marketing / AI powered Customer Insights & Analytics

3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role (internships count!).

Basic understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and social media advertising.

Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing tools.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Nice to Have:

Certification in digital marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.).

Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics.
