Clean Cut Fabrication Inc is looking to fill a full-time aluminum welder position
This role requires a Journeyman certified welder with a strong understanding of safety culture, effective communication skills, the ability to multi-task and work with a team, well developed problem solving, organizational skills and attention to detail.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Fitting and welding of aluminum and stainless steel using the MIG process is necessary
- Providing quality work, having a high standard of work in a fast paced environment
- Operation of forklifts and overhead cranes
- Mentor and train apprentices
Education/Experience Requirements
- Journeyman CWB Welding certificate
- Valid class 5 driver’s license with a good driving record
Skills/Qualifications
- CWB certified
- Ability to identify and measure material
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, calipers and angle gauges
- Ability to produce quality work
- Knowledge of machines and tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy is required
- Demonstrates professionalism, flexibility and ‘can do’ attitude
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Self-starter with the ability to work cooperatively and be willing to assist others
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $34.00-$40.00 per hour
