Project Coordinator – Aluminum Window Wall Systems

Great Pyramid Aluminum is a growing leader in the design, fabrication, and installation of aluminum window wall, curtain wall, storefront, and glazing systems. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator to support our project management team and help ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple aluminum window wall and glazing projects from award through completion.
- Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, procurement, and project documentation.
- Review project drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and contract documents.
- Coordinate material orders with suppliers and monitor delivery schedules.
- Liaise with architects, general contractors, consultants, vendors, and field installation crews.
- Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project correspondence.
- Monitor project schedules and identify potential delays or issues.
- Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes when required.
- Maintain accurate project files and documentation.
- Coordinate site measurements and communicate field information to the production team.
- Assist with project close-out documentation, warranties, deficiency lists, and final turnover.
- Support estimating and project management teams as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architectural Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of project coordination experience in construction.
- Experience in the aluminum glazing, curtain wall, window wall, or building envelope industry is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar is an asset.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or the ability to review shop drawings is an advantage.
- Valid driver's licence is an asset.
