Evolution Gymnastics Aurora is growing, and we’re looking for awesome people to join our coaching team!

Whether you’re a student, teacher, ECE, parent, or just someone who lights up around kids, this is a great part-time role to earn extra income while making a real impact. No gymnastics experience required...we’ll train you!
What You’ll Do:
You’ll work with our youngest gymnasts, helping them build confidence through movement, play, and positive coaching.
Classes focus on:
- Fundamental movement skills (running, jumping, skipping)
- Fine motor skills through fun games and activities
- Basic gymnastics in a safe, playful environment
You’ll support, encourage, and celebrate kids as they learn and grow.

Requirements:
- 15+ years old
- Experience with children is an asset
- Positive, reliable, and great communication skills
- Must complete a Vulnerable Sector Check (18+)
- Willing to learn and become certified (support provided)
Hiring & Training Process:
We are currently hiring coaches for our Fall session. Selected candidates will begin a paid training program in July & August to prepare for the Fall season.
Training includes both in-person coaching experience and online learning modules. Coaches will also work during our summer session to gain hands-on experience in real classes alongside our team.
All training is paid, and no gymnastics experience is required, we will teach you everything you need to succeed.
This process ensures every coach feels confident, prepared, and supported before leading their own classes.
